Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the phone or at the counter with order fulfillment.
• Support sales with quotations, pricing, project documentation, order entry, and processing.
• Enter orders to create delivery tickets or direct ship POs; manage non-stock materials."
• Advise on backorder situations and pertinent credit or account information.
• Provide basic product technical support and maintain literature/submittals.
