Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services is seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s manufacturing team in Virginia Beach. This B2B, order-management role supports our sales and operations teams, requiring strong ERP experience and the ability to coordinate across internal departments in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidates will process orders and quotes, enter orders in the ERP system, review purchase orders for accuracy, and keep customers updated on status and delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B customer service or order management experience.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred, but not required).
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders/tasks.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing/industrial environment (not call-center focused profiles).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries (phone/email) related to products, pricing, and delivery.
• Process quotes to orders and enter/maintain orders in ERP system.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy (pricing, terms, shipping, etc.).
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Warehouse, and Credit teams.
• Track and communicate order status, backlogs, and delivery updates.
• Handle returns, credit memos, and credit applications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Assist with shipping logistics and documentation.
• Support upselling of accessories/parts where applicable.

Hours:Monday - Friday 8AM to 430PMPay:$22-$24.50 an hour
