Job summary

Tactile Medical seeks an Order Quality Analyst to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across patient orders from intake through shipment. You will audit order data, validate adherence to procedures and payer requirements, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

You will support SOX controls, participate in calibration activities, and help implement corrective actions to strengthen internal controls and reduce rework across the order lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, quality, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 2+ years in quality assurance, auditing, compliance, or related healthcare operations.
• Experience reviewing patient-order records for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Knowledge of QA methods, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end quality assurance audits of patient orders before key release points.
• Perform targeted quality control reviews at critical order lifecycle stages to reduce defects.
• Evaluate orders for SOP/payer/regulatory adherence and system workflow expectations.
• Identify and document errors impacting quality, compliance, or reimbursement.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate corrective actions with operations leaders.
• Maintain audit results, scorecards, dashboards, and trend reports.
• Collaborate with Compliance, IT, Training, and Finance to improve quality and controls.
• Support SOX testing, controls, and audit readiness during Salesforce transitions.
