Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Key Cutting & Operations Associate to accurately duplicate residential and automotive keys, perform quality control checks, and prepare shipments. The role includes order picking, packing, and using basic computer systems.

Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented and team-focused, with a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience preferred. Schedule is 6:00 am–4:30 pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday with an hourly pay rate of $19.00.

Essential Job Functions

• Accurately cut house and car keys using manual and automated machines
• Perform detailed quality control checks to ensure all keys meet functionality and accuracy standards before shipment
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with established timelines
• Use basic computer systems and scanning tools and scanning tools for order processing
• Proactively identify and correct errors or discrepancies prior to shipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
