Job summary

Lakeside Book Company in Plainfield, IN is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate. The role operates Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm, with overtime including weekends. Pay starts at $19.50/hr with potential increases at 6 months and 1 year, and eligible benefits apply.

Location is 700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168. Candidates should have warehouse or logistics experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs throughout shift.
• Highly detailed oriented with a drive for excellence.
• Previous computer experience required - Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Function key usage.

Responsibilities

• Run orders into plan, daily, moving work out to the floor
• Address exceptions as they arise while running orders into plan
• Cross train in other departments to assist with other duties as needed
