Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Vineland, NJ is seeking two Order Pickers with Reach Truck experience to support a busy HVAC distribution operation during peak season. This 3-month temp-to-perm role offers a path to permanent placement.

Shifts are 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional coverage 6:00 AM–4:00 PM as workloads demand. Pay is $20–$22 per hour for candidates with Reach Truck experience. Responsibilities include picking, staging transfers, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle HVAC materials (50-75lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
