Construction Resources is hiring a Warehouse Associate with reach truck experience for our Cranbury, NJ location. The role requires loading/unloading trucks, picking and organizing inventory, and coordinating with the Warehouse Manager to ensure timely operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of reach truck experience, can lift 50-75 lbs, and is comfortable standing for long periods. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–5:00 pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Knowledge and experience with forklifts and reach machines required.
• Able to lift and move heavy boxes 50-75 lbs regularly.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure all projects and daily work meet company standards.
• Operate and assist with loading/unloading inbound and outbound trucks.
• Organize and put away material in designated locations.
• Communicate any material damage or inventory issues to the Tile Warehouse Manager.
• Pull customer orders onto consolidated pallets and wrap them for safe delivery.
• Assist in container receipt and work with operations on process improvements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
