PeopleShare has an opening for a High-Reach Truck Operator in Burlington, NJ. Candidates must have 1 year of recent experience operating a Reach Truck (hi-reach truck/high-reach truck) within a warehouse environment.

This 3 month contract-to-hire position offers a pay rate of $21.50/hr with 2nd and 3rd shift options, and requires safety shoes and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RECENT experience operating a High-Reach Truck or Counterbalance Forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse scan guns and WMS preferred.
• Safety shoes/boots required - Steel toe, nano, or composite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach Truck to move and store materials safely.
• Load/unload materials from trucks and storage racks.
• Transport and stack products within warehouse aisles.
• Perform equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
