Job summary

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Mentor, OH for a fast-paced warehouse environment. A valid forklift certification is required, and you will pull, pack, and fulfill customer orders while operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.

The position involves loading, unloading, organizing, and shipping materials, plus maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This is a 1-month assignment with potential weekend overtime and a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at heights up to 24 feet when operating an order picker.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, carry, and slide packages weighing up to 75 lbs.

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate. We are looking for someone with a forklift certification who is comfortable handling materials, fulfilling orders, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reach truck and order picker experience is a plus! Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Assignment Length: 1 month (not temp-to-hire) Overtime: Potential weekend overtime

Requirements

• Reach truck and order picker experience helpful but not required.
• Must be comfortable working at heights of up to 24 feet when operating an order picker.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, carry, and slide packages weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse in varying temperatures.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and reliable attendance.
• Must have steel-toe boots.
• Dress code: Pants or shorts with belt loops and a T-shirt or polo.
