Order Picker Driver (Equipment Operator)

Job Summary

This position is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to retrieve stock from the warehouse in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining reliable attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely to retrieve stock from the warehouse;
• Use a computer to confirm barcodes and locate items;
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area;
• Be willing to be cross-trained for multiple job functions;
• Complete additional tasks or assignments as directed by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for various tasks;
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills;
• Ability to work safely and pay attention to detail;
• Valid driver’s license;
• Comfortable with heights;
• Previous forklift experience required;
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Physical Demands

Employees must be able to:

• Stand, talk, hear, reach, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend regularly;
• Use hands to handle, feel, reach, and lift;
