Job summary

KUKA is seeking an experienced administrative analyst to serve as the single point of contact for the account manager, customer, and territory. You will lead execution of orders, generate documentation in SAP, and keep customers informed on prices, delivery dates, and lead times.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience, strong computer skills (MS Office, Salesforce, SAP), and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related administrative experience.
Purchasing experience required.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP ERP system, Internet, E-mail).
Strong interpersonal and telephone sales skills.
Organization and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple activities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Single point of contact for account manager, customer, and territory.
Lead execution of actions and coordination of orders.
Utilize SAP to generate sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, and anticipated delays.
Coordinate with import and other departments to ensure on-time delivery.
