Manage order process from point of purchase order receipt to delivery; stock availability, allocations, shipment forecasts, cancellations/extensions, and tracking, all while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Align sales, order fulfilment, and warehouse teams for timely order execution.
• Oversee routing communication for global fulfilment, including drop shipments.
• Contribute discussion with overseas counterparts on stock productions schedules and stock availability during weekly/monthly alignment meetings.
• Ensure accurate data entry, order updates, acknowledgments, and invoicing in the ERP.
• Work with Demand Planning to maintain safety stock of market-compliant inventory.
• Address shipment and billing issues, including customer payment inquiries, ship window management, and error resolutions.
• Create and/or maintain documented work instructions.
• Prepare order status reports and present them at weekly Forecast meetings and weekly calls with relevant parties and departments.
• Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.

• Troubleshoot WMS/ERP integration issues and support EDI onboarding.
• Manage and resolve EDI transmission errors while integrating delivery metrics into the ERP.
• Conduct fill-rate analyses and implement actions to improve performance.
• Enhance warehouse operations and routing processes to improve order pick-up times and reduce logistics costs.
