Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an Associate Sales Coordinator to join its Order Management team in Kohler, WI. You will manage the order-to-cash cycle, entry through invoicing, and post-sale support, serving as the main liaison between customers, distributors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment. Prior SAP/Salesforce exposure is a plus; a high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and sales orders accurately within SAP.
• Create quotations and convert them into sales orders as needed.
• Manage customer accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for distributors and business customers.
• Track order status, review backlogs, and proactively resolve order issues or delays.
• Coordinate shipments and create outbound deliveries.
• Review pricing, discounts, and order changes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies and billing issues.
• Manage customer cases and follow-up activities through Salesforce.
• Maintain accurate documentation of order updates, communications, and shipment records.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to drive successful customer outcomes.
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Excel, Smartsheets, Microsoft Tasks, and OneNote to organize workload and manage priorities.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Sales Coordinator to join its growing Order Management team. This role serves as a critical connection between customers, distributors, and internal teams by managing the order-to-cash process from order entry through invoicing and post-sale support.

Many employees who start on this team advance into other areas of the company, including Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and Operations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Core Hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP systems.
• Manufacturing customer service or order management experience.
• Understanding of the order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Experience reviewing pricing, discounts, invoices, or cost impacts.
• Experience working with configurable products.
• SAP Configurator experience is a strong plus.
• Exposure to logistics, shipping, freight coordination, or supply chain operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Kohler, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
