Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Customer Service Representative to own the order management lifecycle from purchase order receipt through fulfillment. You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure accurate processing, on-time delivery, and quick issue resolution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external customers

Responsibilities

• Own the order management process from PO receipt to fulfillment
• Serve as primary customer contact for order status, pricing, shipping, and inquiries
• Resolve order issues, delays, returns, and discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Service teams
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems
• Identify workflow improvements and onboard new product lines from acquisitions
