Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Order Management Specialist to drive accurate order processing and cross-functional collaboration from purchase to delivery.

You will work with SAP, coordinate with factories, support project milestones, and serve as the main contact between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in order management or logistics, strong communication, and solid Excel skills to maintain records and generate reports

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or a related function.


• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.


• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.


• Effective communication and relationship-building skills across multiple teams.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
