Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking an Order Management Specialist to drive accurate order execution from purchase to delivery. You will collaborate with project management, manufacturing partners, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to keep orders moving.

This role rewards detail orientation, problem solving, and strong communication. You will monitor orders in SAP, manage timelines, and generate performance reports while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or related function.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills across multiple teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Coordinate with feeder factories to manage order flow, production updates, and delivery timelines.
