Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, order management, invoicing, accounts receivable, customer service, or related business operations.
  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and business processes within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer invoicing activities to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Support accounts receivable processes, collections follow-up, and resolution of billing inquiries.
  • Monitor customer orders throughout the order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy of pricing, documentation, and contractual requirements.
  • Serve as a key customer liaison, providing updates on orders, delivery schedules, invoicing, and project status.
  • Partner with Finance teams on revenue recognition, milestone billing, payment tracking, and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Scheduling, Quality, Operations, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and proactively address issues that may impact customer satisfaction, project timelines, or invoicing accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

Your background
