About this position:
Baker Publishing Group is seeking a full-time Order Management Specialist. The primary responsibility of this position is to collaborate with the shipping department to ensure orders are entered and processed effectively and efficiently. This includes assisting with internal and external order inquiries and concerns through effectively fielding phone calls, as well as promptly and accurately processing orders, billings, and credits. The Order Management department assists the Finance and Production teams with a variety of related responsibilities, such as:
