Role Description

The Order Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Byron Center, MI. This role is responsible for processing customer orders accurately, tracking order status, and ensuring timely fulfillment. Daily tasks include verifying order details, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance, and resolving any order-related issues. The specialist will communicate directly with customers regarding order confirmations, shipment information, and changes, while maintaining detailed records in the company’s systems. This position also supports continuous improvement of order workflows and contributes to a positive customer experience.
