Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Order Management Analyst for its Ellisville, MO facility in a hybrid role. You will support order management for existing orders, coordinate expediting with Operations and Sales, monitor backlog, and improve the Order Center portal to enhance customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in a customer-facing role, and proficiency with MS Office. Knowledge of SAP, EDI, PowerBI, and Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide order management support for existing orders, including lead times, order status and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate expediting with Operations and Sales leadership to improve processes.
• Monitor aged backlog and ensure orders ship on time across multiple systems.
• Enhance the Eaton Order Center portal for customers and sales teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer service.
