Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer-facing/order management experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Relocation assistance is not available; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Ellisville, MO.

Responsibilities

• Provide order management support for existing orders, including lead times, order status and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate order and shipment expedites with Operations and communicate schedules to customers and sales teams.
• Monitor aged backlog and help ensure orders ship on schedule.
• Review inventory levels across distribution centers and reallocate orders to improve on-time delivery.
• Enhance the Eaton Order Center portal for customers and sales teams and support its usage.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership and business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support high-visibility accounts and share knowledge with colleagues as needed.
