Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking a senior SAP order management leader to drive end-to-end order processing and performance improvement across the organization. You will own the order life cycle, from quote to cash, and coordinate with finance, supply chain, and IT to ensure timely, accurate execution and payment scheduling.

Responsibilities

Oversee order management performance and resource allocation.
Maintain ownership of orders throughout the life cycle, including cash collection as needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order delivery and payment schedules.
Analyze data and distribute functional metrics to stakeholders.
Serve as SME for SAP order management and related business processes.
Develop and coach direct reports to meet performance goals.
