Job summary

Fastly is seeking an Order Management Manager to orchestrate the order-to-cash process. You will validate contracts, ensure data completeness, and sign off on opportunities moving to Closed-Won, partnering with Sales and Revenue teams to ensure accuracy.

You will help shape processes, maintain controls, and drive cross-functional collaboration across the organization. This role offers hybrid work and potential equity benefits at Fastly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Quote-to-Cash, or Deal Desk at a B2B SaaS or technology company leveraging Salesforce; ideally in a lead, or final‑reviewer capacity where your sign-off carried weight
• Comfortable leading through influence rather than authority; you raise the people around you through clear perspectives, thoughtful feedback, and consistent standards
• Exceptional attention to detail with a genuine commitment to data completeness, accuracy, and fidelity
• Highly organized and process-driven; you bring structure, documentation, and a reliable operating cadence to the work
• Ability to see the big picture: you understand how your work ripples across the broader order-to-cash process and the teams downstream of it

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of order management, setting priorities and driving month/quarter-end close readiness
• Serve as senior reviewer on contract-to-CRM validation and provide final sign-off before Closed-Won
• Represent order management in cross-functional interactions with Sales, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Billing, and Revenue Accounting
• Escalation point for order exceptions, revisions, bookings calculations, and order issues
• Design process improvements and maintain documentation, checklists, controls, and operational metrics
