• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field or recently completed their bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Management, Sales, Contracts and Customers to facilitate Order Management for Ship/Bill Non-Project Orders.
• Monitor Backlog, Open Commitments and Return Material reports.
• Process RMAs, Debits, Credits, and Restocking fees.
• Meet delivery requirements and coordinate with Customer as needed.
• Update On-Time Delivery and Customer Request Date in the MRP system.
