Job description

The work may include any of the following depending on the region the role is responsible for.

About the Role

Manage the order process for select products; this includes entering orders into specialist permissioning or electronic fulfilment systems and working with internal customers to ensure the order is fulfilled according to agreed turnaround times and with accuracy.

  1. Escalate all delays to internal groups including to the senior members of the team as appropriate.
  2. Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity.
  3. Manage internal customer queries and communication in a professional and service-minded manner ensuring.
  4. Be a team player and ensure that internal and external customer's requirements are met - attend team meetings.
  5. Responsible for online Maintenance, Lapsing of subscriptions and access related issues.
  6. Support billing team in validating online invoices and portals.
  7. Monitor the group email account to ensure that requests are actioned and completed according to agreed turnaround times.
  8. Creating and modification of customer master data.
  9. Meet agreed volume, service and quality targets.

Shift Timing - 4PM to 3:30 AM any 9 hours window

About You

Graduate/post-graduate in related field such as commerce or accounting.

Required Skills:

  1. Good data interpretation skills.
  2. Good working knowledge of computer systems. Knowledge on SAP, Sales force is an advantage.
  3. Customer focused.
  4. Ability to prioritise and attention to detail.
  5. High aptitude for learning.
  6. Deadline oriented and ability to multi-task.
  7. Should possess excellent communication – written and verbal and able to work as a team.
  8. Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate level of prioritisation and escalation skills.
  9. Should be flexible working in night shifts.
