Order Processing and Returns Associate (Remote)

This is a permanent remote position requiring candidates to be located in either Mountain Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time. About the Role

The Order Processing & Returns Team ensures customer orders are filled and returns are processed accurately and promptly. The team manages the flow of purchase orders from receipt to shipment, working collaboratively with customers and various departments to fulfill orders and process returns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders into the system and coordinate with the warehouse to fulfill orders.
• Process shipments from third-party warehouses.
• Manage back orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to pricing, credit, inventory, and shipping.
• Provide order status updates directly to customers.
• Develop knowledge of product offerings and part numbers.
• Handle RMA cases and warranty claims with customers and the product development team.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Coordinate logistics for returns and replacements.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of customer service or related experience.
• 1-3 years of data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
