Order Processing and Returns Associate (Remote)

Join to apply for the Order Processing and Returns Associate (Remote) role at Keystone Technologies.

This is a permanent remote position. Must be located on either Mountain Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time. Please note this position requires travel to the Headquarters in Lansdale, PA, for onboarding and training during the first week. Do not apply unless you are on MST or PST and can travel during the first week.

The Opportunity

The Order Processing & Returns Team ensures customer orders are filled and returns processed accurately and promptly. The team manages the flow from receipt to shipment, working with customers and departments to fulfill orders and complete returns efficiently.

Your Impact

• Enter customer orders and coordinate with warehouse for fulfillment
• Process shipments from third-party warehouses
• Manage back orders and communicate with customers
• Resolve issues related to pricing, credit, inventory, and shipping
• Provide order status updates to customers
• Develop knowledge of products and part numbers
• Handle RMA cases and warranty claims
• Investigate shipping discrepancies and adjust inventory
• Coordinate returns and replacements logistics
• Maintain customer records

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years customer service and data entry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
