Job summary

TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company in Round Rock, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist II to support our customers and sales team from quote to delivery. You will manage orders, provide pricing, and coordinate shipments to ensure a seamless experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of customer service, order management, inside sales support, or related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders received by phone, email, and other communication channels.
Enter and maintain accurate customer orders and electronic order files.
Provide quotations, pricing, and inventory availability for stock motors.
Monitor backorders and process them according to company procedures.
Verify shipments and provide customers with order status updates.
Process customer order changes and maintain shipping information.
Generate freight quotes and coordinate shipping logistics.
Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, credits, and RMA processing.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Maintain compliance with company quality, safety, and ISO 9001 standards.
