Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Order/Electronic Image Processor II in York, PA to review and process customer orders and collaborate with manufacturing and customer service to keep orders moving through production.

The role requires basic computer skills, 40 WPM typing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Outlook. Shift hours are Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn order-processing systems.
• Accurate typing skills of 40 WPM or more.
• Ability to communicate professionally with employees and other internal partners.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, and other job-related documents.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret customer order information to ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
• Determine the appropriate system for order entry and accurately enter customer orders.
• Respond to questions from manufacturing and customer service regarding specific orders.
• Prepare, organize, and sort orders for entry and processing.
• Identify missing or incorrect order information and help resolve discrepancies.
• Work effectively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors, and other teams to support daily operations.
• Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines.
