Job summary

The Taylor Corporation is seeking an Order/Electronic Image Processor II in York, PA. This full-time role involves reviewing and processing customer orders, ensuring information is complete and accurate, and coordinating with manufacturing and customer service to move orders through production.

Shift is Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM. DailyPay on day one and a $1000 new hire incentive are offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge
• Basic computer skills to learn order-processing systems
• Accurate typing 40 WPM or more
• Ability to communicate professionally with employees and internal partners
• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, and other job-related documents
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret customer order information to ensure all required information is complete and accurate
• Determine the appropriate system for order entry and accurately enter customer orders
• Respond to questions from manufacturing and customer service regarding specific orders
• Prepare, organize, and sort orders for entry and processing
• Identify missing or incorrect order information and help resolve discrepancies
• Work effectively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors, and other teams to support daily operations
• Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines
