You will coordinate orders, track material deliveries, and support scheduling and quality inspections across teams, while maintaining records and delivering top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent computer skills.
• 20/20 Design Program experience a plus.
• Customer service must be the highest priority.
• Fast learner in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction (cabinetry) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for builders; schedule installations, deliveries, and quality inspections with accuracy and care.
• Coordinate daily activities with installers and drivers to align with customer needs and timelines.
• Place and track material orders to keep projects on schedule.
• Keep detailed, organized records and calendars to support seamless communication.

Job Summary

We’re looking for an Order Generator and Estimator to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll serve as the central link between our builder partners, installation teams, and internal departments to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing details, solving problems, and building strong relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
