Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an Order Fulfillment Analyst II to manage day-to-day order fulfillment across the Beverage Supply Chain. You will coordinate with Production Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Plant Operations and Warehouses to resolve shortages and optimize inventory flow.

The role requires strong action bias, clear communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: Associate's Degree in Business, Operations, Strategy or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations or Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily order fulfillment activities balancing service and inventory.
• Resolve customer order shortages by identifying supply risks and coordinating actions.
• Monitor inventory transfers and ensure timely execution across Logistics, Plants and Warehouses.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize order fulfillment and capacity.
