Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking an Order Fulfillment Analyst II to oversee daily order fulfillment within the Beverage Supply Chain. You will coordinate with Production Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Plant Operations and Warehouses to resolve shortages, manage inventory flow and scheduling of customer POs.

The role requires strong bias for action, effective communication, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 Years – Experience in Operations/Business Development Field.
• 2 Years – Experience in Position.
• 0 Years – Experience managing projects

Responsibilities

• Executes daily order fulfillment activities balancing service, inventory, transport, production and constraints.
• Resolves shortages by identifying supply risks and coordinating actions across teams.
• Manages inventory transfers and space management to drive timely execution.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration and communicates priorities, risks and actions.
