Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Customer Service Analyst II, Replenishment, to manage customer inventory, coordinate with sales and logistics, and maintain in-stock levels for key accounts at the Bentonville site. You will analyze demand signals and collaborate across departments to optimize replenishment performance.

Responsibilities include policy maintenance in the GRs system, onboarding of new lines and ship-to locations, and driving improvements with CI, IT, and analytics teams while

Qualifications

• 2 years – Experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service or other related field
• 2 years – Experience in Analytics (experience may include a combination of work experience and education)
• Travel: 10% - Once a quarter

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Inventory (40% of time): monitor, edit, and place orders to maintain in-stock levels while adhering to targets
• Collaborate with customers to address concerns related to ordering tools, data discrepancies, distribution center or store inventory, inventory builds, and changes in ordering or inventory strategies
• Design and maintain inventory policy for the assigned customer, evaluating policy by item, location, and quarter
