Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a data and logistics associate to connect data, inventory planning, and logistics execution into one seamless flow. You will support procurement and supply teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time while maintaining cost and service expectations.

The role emphasizes independent work with opportunities to collaborate and advance projects that improve forecasting, vendor management, and end-to-end supply operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory forecasting, fulfillment systems, and supply or logistics operations.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook for data analysis and reporting.
• Skilled at interpreting demand trends, pricing structures, and metrics.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities with accuracy and deadlines.
• Proven vendor management and collaboration with internal partners.

About the job

In this role, you’ll help keep operations moving by connecting data, inventory planning, and logistics execution into one seamless flow. Your work will support informed decisions across procurement and supply teams, ensuring the right products are available at the right time while maintaining cost and service expectations.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range:

$28.24 - $36.54

Requirements
