Job summary

2BGlass is a small, family-run glass studio known for public events, retail studio, and a growing online community. We seek an Order Fulfillment & Studio Assistant to support online orders, inventory, events, and daily studio operations at our Cameron Park location.

You will pick, pack, ship, assist customers, maintain displays, help with seasonal events, and support the Creative Director on growth initiatives, while keeping the studio welcoming and organized.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fulfillment, shipping, inventory, retail, studio operations, warehouse support, or a similar hands-on role.
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented, especially with customer orders and fragile products.
• Able to work efficiently without sacrificing care, quality, or presentation.
• Calm, organized, and capable of adjusting as priorities change.
• Self-motivated and able to recognize tasks without constant direction.
• Strong time-management and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable learning and following packing, inventory, quality-control, and studio procedures.
• Process-oriented problem solver who looks for practical ways to save time and prevent errors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Kind and professional with customers, coworkers, vendors, and guests.
• Reliable and ready to step in when the team is busy.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and ship online and in-store orders with accuracy and presentation.
• Review orders to ensure correct products, quantities, packaging, and shipping info.
• Perform final quality control before products are shipped or sold.
• Prepare products with signing, tagging, labeling, barcoding, and assembly of charms and packaging.
• Sort, count, organize, and stage finished products for inventory, display, events, and fulfillment.
• Receive incoming inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor supplies and communicate when reordering is needed.
• Help improve fulfillment and inventory systems to reduce mistakes and delays.
• Assist with UPS pickups, shipping issues, returns, and damaged-package claims.
