Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and company product lines.
• Ability to use PeopleSoft order fulfillment application.
• 1 year office administration experience.
• 2 years’ customer service or sales experience in an internal service role.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enters orders into order fulfillment system according to internal processes.
• Uses Order Notes to document issues.
• Confirms orders back to customers within 48-hour timeline.
• Tracks orders through start to delivery for customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure product availability.
