Job summary

Neil Jones Food Company in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Rail Dock Forklift Operator for our seasonal fresh-pack season, typically July through November. You will operate a sit-down propane forklift, stack pallets, receive inventory, and document paperwork at the Northwest Packing plant in Vancouver.

Candidates must have 3+ years forklift experience, forklift certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and extended shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of forklift driving experience in dock environments.
• Forklift certification required.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and work extended schedules, including weekends during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down propane forklift safely and efficiently.
• Receive inventory and store raw, finished goods, and materials on the floor.
• Stack pallets and brite stock in an orderly manner.
• Perform daily forklift maintenance checks following internal procedures.
• Document paperwork for the Northwest Packing plant in Vancouver, WA.
