Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Montgomeryville, PA is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support omni-channel initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, use handheld scanners to verify counts, and move items to staging areas while ensuring accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list and using a handheld scanner to verify counts.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicate inventory or equipment issues.
• Ensure all orders are picked timely to meet productivity requirements and standards.
• Maintain a neat, clean SFC area and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed, with regular attendance.
