Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a team member for general warehouse activities in Mill Road, PA. You will pull items from a pick list, move merchandise to staging, and use an RF scanner to verify counts.

The Omni Experience Ambassador role involves supporting BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club while maintaining high standards and safety. Teamwork and urgency are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick orders from the sales floor and verify counts.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicate inventory needs or issues.
• Ensure timely completion to meet productivity and KPI targets; escalate concerns when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and follow all SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
