The J.M. Smucker Company is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist in Orrville, OH to join Customer Logistics. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with remote work, with at least 9 on-site days per month as needed to drive daily order accuracy and service excellence.

You will analyze orders, support customers and broker partners, and partner across supply chain to improve availability, delivery, and KPIs. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of related business experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills for complex business scenarios.
• CPG industry experience preferred.
• Data visualization tools experience (Spotfire, Tableau) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and validate daily EDI and manual orders for pricing, constraints, and sourcing accuracy.
• Provide daily tactical support to customers, Sales, and broker partners to drive issue resolution.
• Partner with supply chain teams to improve product availability, fill rate, on-time delivery, and order accuracy.
• Monitor customer scorecards and KPIs, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Use data and cross-functional collaboration to improve service, cost, and productivity.
• Monitor carrier and warehouse provider performance against customer and Smucker service goals.
• Support Customer Financial Services.
• Use approved reporting, automation, and AI tools responsibly; validate outputs and protect confidential information.

Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices

Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires.

In this role you will:

Minimum Requirements:
