Job summary

Peter Glenn Ski & Sports is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our order fulfillment team. The role focuses on locating, pulling, packing, and shipping internet orders assigned to the store, maintaining accuracy under deadline pressure, and communicating with customers and colleagues.

You should be computer literate, have experience with fulfillment or shipping software, and be comfortable working evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with fulfillment, administrative, or similar systems.
• Must be computer literate.
• Experience with shipping software is helpful.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to be on your feet for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 20lbs.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise from the sales floor for internet orders.
• Package internet orders being shipped according to goal.
• Resolve open/unshipped orders.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve out-of-stocks and unshipped items.
• Complete inter-store transfer requests.
• Work with customer service staff to resolve customer order issues.

Job description

The Fulfillment Specialist is the front line, the hub, of the Peterglenn.com order fulfillment team. The role primarily deals with locating, pulling, packing, and shipping internet orders that are assigned to the store for fulfillment.
