Qualifications

• Experience with fulfillment, administrative, or similar systems.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise for internet orders.
• Package orders to meet goals.
• Resolve open/unshipped orders.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve stock and shipping issues.
• Process inter-store transfer requests.
• Assist customer service with order problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
