Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse tasks, pull merchandise from lists, and move items to staging areas using RF scanners. You will support BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club initiatives while upholding GOLD standards and safe, friendly service for our members.

This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to club policies, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences in a fast-paced wholesale

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses handheld scanner device to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and coordinate replenishment with club team.
