Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. You will pull orders, verify items with a handheld scanner, and ensure accurate fulfillment while maintaining safety and policy standards.

The role emphasizes fast, friendly service, teamwork, and adherence to club standards to deliver Gold service to members in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and accurately by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use an RF handheld scanner to verify counts and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and assist with curbside/ship-from-club initiatives.
