Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform warehouse tasks, pull merchandise from pick lists, and use RF scanners to verify counts. You will move items from sales floor to staging and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment while supporting digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering Gold Club standards to members, with a focus on speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicates inventory issues and needs with club team and supervisors.
• Ensures orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity goals.
