Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a dedicated Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities, pulling merchandise from pick lists and moving items to staging areas. You will use an RF scanner to verify counts and locations, and collaborate with the team to replenish stock as needed.

The role emphasizes fast, courteous service, adherence to club policies, and maintaining a safe, positive environment for members.

Qualifications

• Experience with order pulling is preferred.
• Experience in big box/wholesale retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise counts and locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicate inventory issues and replenish as needed.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled promptly to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized SFC area and follow safety procedures.
