Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking an Order Fulfillment Processor Lead to guide the picking, packing, and outbound auditing to meet client SLAs. You’ll supervise a warehouse team handling products for active lifestyle brands, ensuring accuracy and timely shipping.

You will train staff, plan labor with forecasts, enforce safety and SOPs, and stay adaptable to changing priorities. The role requires WMS experience, strong communication, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehousing/light industrial experience; lead experience a plus.
• Must be 18+ to apply and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and cross-training of team members.
• Lead and delegate order fulfillment tasks within SLA.
• Plan labor requirements with Supervisor based on forecast and client direction.
• Perform picking, packing, scanning, tagging, and other warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules and SOPs; keep areas safe and tidy.
• Support staff welfare programs and a positive work environment.
• Identify opportunities for internal growth and career development.
