Job summary

Green Lake Nursery in Seagoville, TX is seeking an Order Pulling Supervisor to lead daily order pulling, staging, loading, and customer pickup operations. This hands-on role carries manager-level responsibility for accuracy, efficiency, safety, and exceptional service.

You will oversee labor, schedules, and workflow across Operations, Sales, Production, and Logistics to meet customer commitments and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, nursery, distribution, or high-volume operations.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily order pulling, staging, loading, and customer pickup activities.
• Manage labor assignments and schedules to meet commitments.
• Ensure order accuracy, inventory integrity, and on-time execution.
• Oversee truck loading operations, route readiness and shipment documentation.
• Coach and develop team while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
