Job summary

PGL (Perimeter Global Logistics) is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to lead daily operations in our Frisco, TX facility. You will oversee safety programs, routing, and daily work assignments to meet client expectations with accuracy and speed.

The role requires 5–7 years of supervisory experience in warehousing and freight forwarding, with a focus on inventory control and planning. Hazmat certification is a plus and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 5-7 years of progressive supervisory experience in Freight Forwarding Warehousing and/or warehouse fulfillment operations.
• Inventory and production planning experience.
• Hazmat certification a plus.
• Education: Industry related degree and/or certification.
• Willing to work variable schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
• Issue shipping instructions and provide routing information to ensure delivery times and locations are coordinated.
• Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.
• Supervise internal resources to execute daily objectives and requests effectively.
• Facilitate the execution of both wholesale and ecommerce fulfillment operations.
• Facilitate and supervise inventory and cycle count processes.
• Track and trace goods while they are in route to their destinations, expediting orders when necessary.
• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers.
